- A prioritized remediation plan — Andrew writes it from your findings. Work beyond the one consulting hour included each month is scoped with you before it starts.
- A read for common WCAG Level A barriers, plus further checks that lower the score when they find something (each one's cost to the score is on the methodology page) on every page we crawl, with the barriers named in your plan.
- Flat, posted monthly fees — never a percentage of your ad spend.

Checkout itself is self-serve — an email and a way to pay: Stripe handles card and ACH (a bank transfer from a US bank account), plus the other payment methods Stripe offers at checkout. Straight after it we ask about your business, so the audit reads your business rather than guesses at it. It's a short wizard, one step at a time: eight answers are required — seven if you don't have a website yet — and the rest you can skip.
No website yet? Membership still fits: the intake asks, and 'no website' is a real answer — it points your onboarding at a build-first plan, and the site builder is in your portal.

If we can't agree a scope together, the payment comes back. You don't need a membership to buy it — the website tool is a separate one-time purchase.
